Beautiful Day for Yard Work!

These are few of the picture I took the other day while me and John where doing some yard work. It was beautiful day and the grass was so green I thought it would make some great pictures. I also took some in our wheat pasture of our dog, Rascal, and one of our goats, Tres.

Here are some more photographs of that great old blue truck I found! I had the time in class today to edit them! I love taking pictures of really old junk! I guess it is true...someone's junk really is someone's treasure!

I Finally Got It!!!!

I finally got it...MY NEW CAMERA!! I got a brand new Nikon D80. It is pretty awsome, it comes equipt with 10.2 MegaPixels and many features! Keep a look out for some new digital photography!!

"Industrialization"

These are the latest prints from my photography class. We had to focus on the edge of the frame and text in the frame. I decided to use these photos from John's shop. They were really industrial and rough!! I love the textures and lighting. Comments are always welcome and encouraged!!

Jenna Bree

These are some pictures I took of my niece, Jenna, the other day. She is so sweet!! I will be seeing my nephew, Caleb, in a few weeks so keep a look out for some pictures of him soon!

"Collage Thinking"

These are a couple of my collages from an architectural project I had been working on. I really liked them so I wanted to share them. The first collage is representing a building design in Berlin, Germany; the second is entitled "Chaos."

First Photography Project

These prints were my very first! It was so exciting, and there are some flaws but I was pretty proud. If they look a little strange it is because they are double exposure prints(two photos on top of each other). The prints I did after these are much better and I will post them as soon as I get them back from my professor. Like always, I am open to critiques!

Time and Motion Study

This is my most recent project in my Photography class. We had to show time and movement. I went to a local baseball game and the coach let me out on the field to take some pictures. It was so much fun. Let me know if any of ya'll have any suggestions or tips!! Oh and by the way..thanks to cristy cross photography for some great camera angle inspiration!!

Classic Ladies

I just love this picture of my Mema and great aunts Kathleen and Irene so I thought I would share it with all of ya'll. They are in there 80's now and still look this great. They're a handful, but I wouldn't trade them for anything.

The Art show was this evening and it was great. Tons of people came out and everything got set up on time, now that's a miracle!
